In general the weather systems follow a Mediterranean pattern. Andalucia, enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year (source - La Junta de Andalucia). There are definite seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter and there is something to suit all interested in seasonal activities. For instance, walking and golf all year round, summer sunshine holidays. (Summer can be said to start in late April through to the start of October .  It is really hot in July and August),  In spring the countryside is green and covered in wild flowers and the trees are in blossom.  In winter, Casa Verde is about 90 minutes from the ski slopes in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
